Snow Joke! - Drivers are facing fines of £60 for driving with snow on the roof.
Driving with snow on your car roof could land you with a £60 fine and three points on your licence.
Just check rule 229 of the Highway Code.Police say motorists could be prosecuted for careless or inconsiderate driving if they are involved in an accident and it is deemed that snow on the roof was a factor.
